I've been working with groups and individuals for over ten years, in retreats, workshops, and live events globally, with groups ranging from small leadership circles to rooms of a hundred.

 

My approach to nervous system regulation grew out of years of hands-on practice, not a textbook. I've sat with people in some of their most contracted states and learned what creates safety, what opens the body, what allows a room full of strangers to exhale together.

I bring that same quality of presence into corporate settings. Different context, same nervous system.
